Base Maintenance - support for running the water system, including pumps, administration, and required system testing and govement reporting.

Usage - Billed by the unit based on usage - includes electricity and water - up to 80 units.

Excess Usage - surcharge billing on units GREATER THAN 80 units.

Late Fees - Charged for bills over 60 days

Meter Replacement - MPWUA has meters that are pre-qualified to be used on the system. Users will be charged for these meters when they are installed.

Emergency Repairs - passthrough billing for repairs managed by MPWUA as agreed to be paid by the user.
Account Aging:
Shows any outstanding payments that should be made and how long it has been since originally billed. Balances more than 90days old are subject to service cuttoff.
